Varun Dhawan who recently completed Shoojit Sircar’s October has already started shooting for his next Sui Dhaaga with Anushka Sharma where the actor is playing a character of ‘Mauji‘.
He has been shooting in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh for almost a month.
The actor had suffered an injury on the set of Sui Dhaaga.
He had suffered a deep cut on his forehead during a stunt. But, Varun recently assured that he is fine.
The actor passed on this message to his fans through his Instagram story. He shared a picture of himself followed by another picture which said, “I’m totally good”.

A source revealed that the actor was shooting for a sequence where his character Mauji gets involved in a street brawl. He had to roll down a flight of stairs for the scene and insisted on doing it himself. He did not use the body double and hence while doing the scene he got injured.
Doctors were called immediately on sets to check Varun. He was advised bed rest for the entire day.
Sui Dhaaga is directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Yash Raj Films. Varun Dhawan essays the role of a tailor and Anushka Sharma the role of an embroiderer in Sui Dhaaga. The movie is set to release on September 28.
