The movie title gives away the gist of the plot. The story revolves majorly around the characters Sonu, Titu and Sweety, Directed by Luv Ranjan who is famous for works like Pyar Ka Punchnama. has repeated the basic premise of PKP in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. The vibe of the movie is basically the same as his previous film but he has explored the relationships beyond the youth and stepped into the family relations.
The movie begins slow but picks up pace fast. The light jokes and twists in the plot keep you engaged during this long movie (2:30 hrs). We would say the end is quite predictable given the director’s way of story writing but the interesting part is how the story reaches its end. There’s a great plot twist which you would not be expecting just right before the interval.
It definitely is a refreshing movie. We give it a 3.5 Buzzing Bees.
