Halkaa is about Pichkoo (Tathastu), a young boy living in a Delhi slum. He can’t defecate in the nearby railway tracks and so wants to build a toilet for himself. The film scores for telling a simple story with a good message and the best part is that at no point does it get preachy. Child actors Tathastu and Aryan Preet are just too good. We really liked the film and shall give it 3 buzzing bees.
