He has a larger-than-life aspect when it comes to filmmaking. He is known for directing films “set on a huge canvas while boasting of an opulent treatment”. He is awarded with Filmfare, Zee Cine, Screen Awards, as well as many International Awards for his outstanding sense of direction.

We suggest our readers to watch these noted movies if haven’t cause you’ll fall in love with his movies thereafter.

4. Mohen-Jo-Daro (2016)
It is an action adventure film, which tries to throw light on Mohen-Jo-Daro, a part of Indus valley civilization. The story follows a farmer Sarman (Hrithik Roshan) who travels to the city of Mohenjo Daro and falls in love with a high-status woman (Pooja Hegde), and who must then challenge the city’s elite, and fight against overwhelming odds to save their civilization.

5. Ventilator (2016)
This movie is my favourite because it has Ashutosh Gowariker & Priyanka Chopra together, so it’s a visual treat for audience. Ventilator is a Marathi, comedy-drama which shows a family which plans to rush to Mumbai because an elderly member is severely ill & if he passes, there will be many issues coming in thereafter. Though it wasn’t directed or produced by Gowariker, his & 100 other Marathi ensemble cast’s presence itself made the movie worth watching.

Well, here’s a fun fact: The music score for the first three movies was given by none other than A.R Rahman. So, here are the movies which I personally loved & would recommend my readers to watch ASAP!
