The Post Quick Movie Review: It’s A Brilliant Watch

Author : Pratiksha Mestry

The Post is a fantastic film based on the Pentagon Papers. It tells us how journalism is about standing by and revealing the truth, no matter what it takes. Set in the 1970s, publisher Kay Graham (Meryl Streep) and editor Ben Bradlee (Tom Hanks) of The Washington Post are in fix when they receive papers of the wrongdoings of the U.S. government in the Vietnam War. Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks are brilliant. We give the film 4 buzzing bees. Make sure you watch it.
