Sattwik Mohanty’s directorial debut lacks the most important ingredient of a film, which is the plot. Apart from the not-so-comedy punch lines and a dash of the nonsensible thrill, it is nothing but annoying. With a predictable storyline and cliched film twists, Ranchi Diaries will bore you to death. If you desire to make good out of your weekend this time, chill with your family at home and ditch the theatre, at least for this one. The lead actors, Himansh Kohli, Taaha Shah and Soundarya Sharma do no justice to their roles.
