Recently, Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt sat down with Film Companion’s Anupama Chopra to promote their upcoming movie Dear Zindagi. As a part of the interview, Chopra made them take a quick pop quiz.
It started with Chopra asking Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt the meaning of ‘BAE’ and you’d be impressed that SRK knows the meaning. (It’s Before Anybody Else btw)
It almost gives you the impression that SRK knows his slang but things take another turn later
He was impressed with ‘Netflix And Chill’
He had no idea what ‘On Fleek’ and ‘OOTD’ mean. While he tried to hide it with his cute dimple but it was quite obvious he was judging us millennial!
He was clearly not impressed with the whole dabbing scene and had a totally different view point when it came to this really weird new thing people are doing
And then Chopra decided to show Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt PPAP and SRK. LOST. HIS. PLOT!
He. Was. Pissed! He doesnot understand why we want an Apple, a pen and an Apple pen (Because we don’t either)
He gave his team an ultimatum and was seriously shocked at they would do this to him
Alia had to calm him down and remind him that ‘It will pass’
It’s just a phase King Khan. Just. A Phase.
