Recently, there were a lot of rumours regarding who will play the lead in Rohit Shetty‘s, Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba. Speculations were made that Sara Ali Khan To Work With Irrfan Khan In HINDI MEDIUM Sequel? might be seen playing the lead.
But now it’s confirmed.
Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar have signed Sara Ali Khan for the film.
Sara will be seen opposite Ranveer – who plays the role of a notorious cop, Sangram Bhalerao.
Karan Johar himself announced this by tweeting on his Twitter account.

The film, which brings together the fresh pairing of Ranveer and Sara, also marks the debut collaboration between Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar.
On the work front, Sara is busy shooting Abhishek Kapoor‘s Kedarnath where she is sharing screen space with Sushant Singh Rajput.
Reliance Entertainment presents Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions’ Simmba, which is slated to release worldwide on December 28, 2018.
