Priyanka Chopra has been ruling hearts worldwide with her amazing acting and social works. The actress was the talk of the town for her fairy tale wedding with American singer Nick Jonas.
After taking a short break for the wedding and honeymoon, the actress has now resumed work. She is all set for her upcoming Hollywood flick – Isn’t It Romantic.
On a recent American television show, Priyanka revealed that she will be essaying the part of Ma Anand Sheela. The film will be helmed by Oscar-winning director, Barry Levinson. Ma Anand Sheela is a disciple of late spiritual leader Osho who created a cult in America.
She said:
“I am developing a feature with Barry Levinson. He is an iconic American director. We are developing it (from the perspective of) Sheela who is this guru who originated from India. She was his right-hand woman and she was devious. She created a whole cult in America. He was called Osho. I don’t know if you’ve heard of him. I am developing that next for me to star in and produce.”
Besides this, Priyanka will also be seen in Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink co-starring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
