Bharat To Clash With India’s First World Cup Match

Bharat starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani has been making news ever since its first look has come out.
But now that Bharat is going to clash with Indian teams first match at the Cricket World Cup against South Africa on 5th of June, fans left in a dilemma over which one to choose.

Ali Abbas Zafar who is the director of the film wished team India good luck and he feels that June is a month of entertainment.
According to reports, Zafar said:

“When we announced the film, the World Cup schedule was not out. It’s a coincidence that India’s first match and Eid fall on the same day.”

The director also recalled having watched the 2011 World Cup along with the stars of his debut film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. He was shooting with Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan in Agra and they had watched the final in the hotel they were staying in.
The film’s producer Bhushan Kumar is happy and optimistic about this clash. He said that the audience looks forward to a Salman film on Eid, and now, with team India’s upcoming innings at the World Cup, people are looking forward to the day.

Along with Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Jackie Shroff, Tabu, Sunil Grover and Sonali Kulkarni will also star in Bharat in important roles. The film is produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banner of Reel Life Productions and T-Series.
