Ajay Devgn, who has blown us away with his amazing comic timings is back with the third franchise Total Dhamaal. Read on to know all he had to say.

At a recent group interview, Ajay was asked a few questions regarding his comic roles and about his success and failure. This is what the actor had to say about it:

What do you prefer more? Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha waala love or Ishq waala?

“Now both have been merged. First, it was that there was too much physical comedy but now with physical writing is also necessary. Now if we only make different weird faces, then the audience won’t like it. This all worked in the 90s-80s but not now. For eg: Golmaal character I, was loud but serious too.”

You are a big superstar, so when you do comedy people love to watch but there are some comedians who haven’t got their due. What is your say on that?

“I think the times have changed. They didn’t get their due, I totally agree with it. But in today’s times, they are getting in their due, as in who are still there. But in those times also Mehboob Saab was a superstar. So it is not like that, but comedy was like a side track at that time. No film was completely made as a comedy film but now it is so.”

Being a successful actor at this point, do you have that fear of failure? Or do you take success and failure in one go?

“You take success and failure in one go but you get a little disturbed when you face failure because you have worked hard for it. But there is no insecurity of what will happen now. But you analyze what happened. Sometimes your judgment went wrong. So you feel bad that something went wrong. When I tell you a story, I say it in a different way and maybe you think of it in a different way. So your judgment cannot be 100% always.”

Total Dhamaal is all set to release on February 22. With just a fortnight left to the release of the film, the cast is busy in promoting the film full swing.
